Abstract (engl.)
The project examines the role of social factors for the development of achievement-patterns of students in 9th through 10th grade.
The aim of the study is to highlight social factors like aspects of the behavior of students family and teachers, that have an effect on gender-related differences in achievement-patterns of students in the so called MINT-area (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Technology). Furthermore, gender - related interests are differentiated by considering other categories such as cultural background and their interplay with social effects on interest development. more
